Company History
Padel15 is a premium club located in Paris's 15th arrondissement: 2 indoor/outdoor courts, a restaurant and a guinguette, and a high-end corporate clientele (BlackRock, BNP Paribas, BCG, Kering, AXA, and over 100 companies in total). After a V1 that quickly got the club online, Padel15 wanted a complete redesign matching its ambition: a site reflecting the diversity of its offering — courts, dining, coaching, events — and its potential to become a reference for premium padel in Paris.

Mission Context
V1 — a one-page landing page — had done its job at launch, but no longer reflected the club's ambition, the diversity of its offering (dining, events, coaching), or its SEO potential as a full-service venue. The goal of V2 was to evolve the site into a multi-page architecture able to convert two very different audiences: the player who wants to book a court in seconds, and the company that wants to organize a private event.

- •Integrating Playtomic booking natively rather than as a simple external link
- •Preserving and showcasing all existing content (photos, client testimonials, visual identity) while structuring a real multi-page SEO strategy
Work Provided
I evolved the site from a single page into a complete multi-page architecture: Home, Courts, Restaurant, Coaching, Events, The Club, Pricing, Contact, plus the legal pages (legal notice, privacy policy, GDPR). Playtomic booking is now integrated directly on the Courts page, with live available time slots — no more simple redirection. I built a dedicated Corporate page with packaged offers (seminars, corporate tournaments, private evenings), an event gallery, a qualified quote form, and highlighting of corporate partners. The restaurant and guinguette now have a dedicated section with a photo gallery and a menu widget the client can update themselves, with no developer involvement. I added a Mailchimp signup form (footer and dedicated sections) along with GA4 tracking with conversion events for bookings, forms, and newsletter signups. On local SEO, I implemented Schema.org structured data (LocalBusiness, Restaurant, SportsClub), a dynamic sitemap, and optimized metadata per page. GDPR compliance was strengthened with a cookie banner and compliant legal notice and privacy policy (SIRET, legal form, host). Finally, significant performance and accessibility work was done: images converted to WebP with compression (one photo went from 8.3 MB to 211 KB), lazy loading, WCAG AA contrast, keyboard navigation, and enlarged touch targets on mobile.
Results
V2 transformed Padel15 into a true multi-page, mobile-first showcase site deployed on Vercel. Booking and event quote requests are now directly actionable from the site, and the client manages day-to-day content (restaurant menu) themselves without needing the developer. The Lighthouse score was optimized (LCP, bundle, cache) to maintain V1's excellent performance on a much richer codebase.

Padel15 needed a professional online presence to develop its visibility among Parisian players and make it easier for new members to discover the club. The site had to be fast, modern, perfectly optimized for local SEO (Google searches in Paris), and designed with a scalable architecture enabling future addition of advanced features like an online booking system and a community blog.

Work Provided
I handled the entire project from A to Z: UX/UI design, frontend development, and deployment. The site was built with Next.js to ensure optimal performance and excellent organic SEO, Tailwind CSS for a modern, responsive, and easily maintainable design, and deployed on Vercel for instant deployment with automatic CI/CD. Comprehensive local SEO optimization work was performed to maximize visibility for Parisian searches. The architecture was designed from the start to facilitate evolution to V2 (booking, blog). Technologies used: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vercel. Methodology: rapid user-centered design, iterative development, performance testing, local SEO optimization, scalable architecture.
Results
Successful site launch with over 10,000 visitors since September 2025, demonstrating the effectiveness of local SEO optimization. Perfect Lighthouse scores of 100/100 on best practices and SEO, ensuring optimal user experience and excellent Google visibility. The modular and scalable architecture enabled confident planning for V2, which now integrates an online booking system and a Corporate page to strengthen player community engagement.
